I ordered two of these personalized as gifts for my upcoming wedding on 9/21. I placed the order on 9/5. I was told by UPS that it was shipped and transferred to USPS on 9/6. I was provided the tracking number and went to USPS directly and they can’t find any record of the package. I would like to know if I can get a replacement of my order before my wedding?

The design of this water bottle is clear that someone was asleep at the wheel. Besides the wood cap, there is no way to torque it loose besides the silicone tether. Throw a single ice cube in and allow it to thaw…you can’t open this bottle for 3 hours. Dumb design

The purchase in the shipping were easily accomplished. Your shipping was very fast. The only concern upon its arrival was the color did not seem to be as I had seen it online. It’s very violent very purple. Had I known that it wouldn’t have purchased it.
