byta cups are splash proof, not leak proof. While byta's lid has a slider that opens and closes to prevent splashing, we don’t recommend throwing your byta into your favorite bag when it’s full of your favorite beverage.

byta is made of a food grade stainless steel with a shatterproof tritan lid.  Our straws are stainless steel.

Each byta is double wall, vacuum sealed to prevent sweating and maintain the temperature of your beverage for longer, hot or cold. You deserve it.

byta should be hand wash only. Clean with soap and water.

Yes. byta is bpa-free and toxin free.

byta offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 365 days after original purchase from mybyta.com. All warranty claims are subject to a detailed review of the claim.

    • byta will not accept a warranty claim if the product has evidence of excessive wear or misuse.

    • byta does not cover any items with third party post-manufacturing material modification (such as post-purchase engraving, vinyl monogramming, etc.).

    • The product warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that may occur on paint finishes, dents from drops, broken glass, broken caps from drops, loss, theft, or other misuse of product. The product warranty does not cover a failure to follow care instructions within packaging (Dishwashing, etc.). byta reserves the right to request images of defective product if deemed appropriate for review of claims.

    • If a defect is discovered, byta will replace your product with the same or similar product at byta’s discretion after visual inspection has been completed. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims (hold onto your receipts).

byta is unable to fulfill personalization orders that include requests that are inappropriate or offensive in nature.

We typically send products from our fulfillment center within 24 - 72 hours after receiving your order.  Take a deep breath and factor in an additional 1-3 days from your chosen shipping method.

please e-mail hi@mybyta.com to start the return process.  Once we receive your order in unused condition with original packaging, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.  We are happy to replace any order damaged during transit.

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please select your country at checkout and input your address for an exact shipping quote. Please note you will be charged customs accordingly based on your country of order and the shipment request.
